The only good thing about the solitude of this sad COVID-19 crisis is that we might now have time to invest in a little self-care. And, we would be so happy to join you in that! Kristen McGuire of Peace Place and Katrin Finch of MSU-Extension invite you to join them for a six week journey to help you manage the stresses and challenges of raising a child with special needs. The POWERFUL TOOLS FOR CAREGIVERS class works to help reduce stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing. This class is for parents/guardians/grandparents of children with special needs who serve as primary caregivers.
