Help Us Grow

YOU can provide at-risk caregivers with the gift of TIME

Thank you for your interest in Peace Place – your support of our mission means so much to us! YOU can provide at-risk caregivers with the gift of TIME – time to relax, time to reflect, time that helps them to return to their duties with fresh energy.

A mom said to us, “You guys make me feel like we actually might be ok. I am not always feeling confident, but I know you are there for me and that makes all the difference!” At Peace Place, we know every day is an opportunity to make a difference!

The stress of caring for a child with special health needs presents parents with a difficult conundrum. How can you take the time for yourself, much less your spouse, when your child’s needs take every waking moment?

This is why we do what we do! Parents of children with special needs divorce at much higher rates than the general population. Often, they spend thousands of dollars in medical co-pays that typical families do not have to pay. They deserve our support!

Your gift to Peace Place shows these parents that they are not forgotten, that someone cares about their needs and concerns. Play is good for the heart and the soul – and the smiles on the faces of the children you will be helping are a joy we love to share!

Your gift to Peace Place will ensure that we can spread more joy to more families!

Who Supports Peace Place?

Thank You 2020 Sponsors

Corporate sponsors are listed on our website, Facebook page and in our print and email newsletters. We are so grateful for the support of Montana businesses for our families. It shows our parents that they are not alone, and that people care about the many challenges they face. (For more information on parent needs, see our videos on our website.)

We provide respite for families with children with special needs, train and develop respite workers (even those who don’t work for us), and offer workshops and resources for parents.  You can help us by supporting the administrative costs of being licensed by the state, and subsidizing the extra staff costs associated with serving children with special needs.

A HUGE thank-you to our partners at MSU College of Nursing. Peace Place staff are supplemented with nursing students during both fall and spring semester as part of their pediatric rotation, and we just LOVE having them here!
